Kenn,

There have been numerous threads on this subject. Spend some time with the search function or just thumbing through past posts on this Casting and Stabilization forum.

Ken, vacuum works best, IMO. It removes the air and creates negative pressure inside the blank. Once the bubbles stop coming out, then release the vacuum and atmospheric pressure will "push" the solution into the blank. Do this a few times and you will be all set. Don't get your hopes up too high with plexitone, though. It works fair but not anywhere near what you get from the pros.

thanks curtis, i'll set up my vacuum pump. i need to leave feedback for the blanks you sent me this week, needlsess to say they're excellent.
