We are doing a holiday ornament exchange on another site so I figured I better do some practicing.
Here's my first one. SWMBO has already claimed it so this one wont be used for the exchange.
Its Box Elder burl and Cocobolo. 3.5" tall and hollowed out to about a 1/16th" thick, it's light as a feather. The finish is CA.
Two pics, same turning. One shot inside and one outside hanging in the tree. Can't decide which one I like so I figured I would post them both.
