Hello everyone
I am an experienced woodworker that has begun wood turning in the past couple of years. I have picked up turning and selling pens within the last year as they are a relatively quick process where rapid success is possible.
Have any other members had difficulty dealing with Taylor's Mirfield in England?

I have purchased a number of kits from Taylors Mirfield in the past, mainly the Keltoi and the Omega, without issue.
I am in the UK.

Thanks for providing your experience. I purchased 10 kits from TM in February of this year and had to wait in excess of three months before they were shipped. Of the 10, 4 of them were the "Athena" style. These were shipped with all of this style kit missing the click mechanisms and are therefore useless. I have contacted the owner on multiple occasions with zero response. Very poor customer service based on my experience.
