Mr. Murphy that is. I was getting ready to start a PSI power click pen and pencil this evening. I got out the packages to inventory the parts and guess what? No center bands. I'd make my own but the customer wants the gold one that comes with the kit. Back to the drawing board, I guess. It's too late to call them now.[xx(]I'll get them in the morning.

How many do you need?
I have put a few together and I don't use the bands.Hate them anyway.
I might have a one or two.
You are talking about the section that joins the tubes right?
When I make the pencil I use a full 8 mm tube.

I only need the 1. Yes I'm talking about the center piece that joins the tubes. I'll email you my address. Like someone else said, it will be a week if I have to wait on mail order.

Don't tell anyone it will ruin their opinion of me.
 
Greg, even with the delay, be sure to contact PSI and complain. Suppliers must know when they are providing less than satisfactory service. That does two things. It helps them solve problems. Unless you tell them, they don't know. And it puts them on notice to shape up or lose a customer.

Frank, I was on the phone at 8:00am with them. I made sure they understood I wasn't a happy camper.
