Help identifying a kit and finding parts

Afternoon.
At my latest show, and elderly lady came to my table looking to get a pen fixed. She got it many years ago, from a young many who has since passed. It is very sentimental. It recently -rocke at the section threads. I'm not familiar with the kit but figured i could make a new section. Didn't realize at the time, that it is a snap cap. Might be a little tricky.
1. Can anyone identify the kit?
2. Does anyone have one or know where I can get one to replace the section?

Elegant pen. Wonder how it was broken at the threads.

I suspect it may have been dropped with the cap off. It's a pretty clean break at the section thread. Nib looks good though.
You can see that it has had a lot of use over the years.

I'm pretty sure it's a "Flat Top" from Berea.
