Help, ID pen kit

I have a chrome, postable rollerball pen kit I bought and there isn't any instructions with it. Can anybody ID the kit?

Try lazerlinez.com ... It could be the Eagle pen kit.

If your kit is the Eagle it seems to be lacking the brass tubes
