HELP HELP HELP ASAP

I am leaving next Wednesday at 3 am for Belgium. I had asked for ideas of what kind of pen to make for possible relatives that are going out of their way to help me find information on ancestors. For the woman I picked a Majestic Junior. I am making it out of Lilac Wood that I harvested here in Batavia. Spent all week working on the right blanks ,turning several, several coats of finish, went to put the pen together and one of the pieces is missing!!!!!! Pen State is closed and I cannot imagine them over nighting one piece. the pen requires 2 decorative rings, one for each end of the bottom blank to fit over the coupleing and finish off the blanks. I have tried all the pen kits I have and nothing fits. It would be either ti black or rodium.
does anyone have any ideas as what I could do? I can drive to a Woodcraft or Rockler if they have anything to fit.

Alice, it's to late to get out tonight but I could send you in the morning a full Junior majestic kit in Rhodium and 22K trim. The trim rings should be the same, regardless of if your kit was black titanium or gold for the accents. You could get PSI to send you a replacement trim ring or work out whatever you needed to do with them, and just return the kit with the replacement trim ring once you've returned from belgium. I could drop off at fed-ex or UPS if you're not comfortable with relying on priority mail from the USPS. If you don't come up with a better plan from somewhere closer let me know if you'd like me to do this before 9:00 tom orrow morning- I'm leaving about 10:30 for a week and would need to get this taken care of before then.

I might have figured out a fix. The Jr Gent II has an end that the cap will screw into form the Majestic JR. It also has a built in decorative ring. the ring is a little smaller so I will have to re work the end of the blank down a little. I think this will work. If anyone has ant other ideas let me know. I guess I won't find out for sure until I get it done.

I believe I also have one of the trim rings. In rhodium can you put a digital caliper on it, on the outside and in to verify it? 13.55mm/.533 od and 11.12mm /.437 id

Thanks so much for the offer!!! I was actually able to us a silver trim ring from one kit and the end that get pushed into the pen from another kit. since the pen had both colors it is totally blended. boy what a scare!
