HELP closeing thread

Can anyone tell me how to close a giveaway thread?

Hit the yellow triangle at the center of the reply to this post window which has an exclamation point in it which is the report this post button and write closed as if you were reporting a bad post and the moderator will read it and move it to the closed section or mark it closed.
