Help Changing picture

Does anyone know how to remove this background and make the white stencil
black. My Photo Shop is on an old PC and it died. Thanks in advance if you do.

Hi Lin---I think you are looking for a "reverse" or a "negative". If you don't find someone who KNOWS what they are doing, I will play with it later this evening. I COULD succeed---"a blind squirrel....."
