I am a "new" pen maker and want to learn how to make some nice pens.

I am here in Cape Coral Florida and most of my supplies will have to be ordered on-line as there are no Woodcraft stores around me.

So, be prepared for questions..... I have a lot of them.

Now if I can just figure out where to go and ask my beginners questions.....

Welcome from Colorado, enjoy the forum. One of the best places for information beginning and advance is to checkout the Library, tons of information in there. When ordering on line don't forget to checkout the IAP Vendors, some of the best people to do business with.

There is sure to be at least one turning club near you.
Plenty of great info in the IAP library too.
The vendors here are excellent.

Hi Rich, welcome from Texas! Good news - we have already made most of the mistakes and asked the questions for you! The Search function on the home page will get you immediate answers to all kinds of questions and the IAP library is invaluable. Looking forward to seeing your work.
 
Welcome to the forum. My bride and I spent a weeks vacation last spring on Cayo Costa. What an amazing week.
