Hello,

My name is Craig I like in Northern Ontario

I am a complete newbie, and starting fresh. I am an amateur woodworker, but have never owned a lathe. I am currently in the market for a mini/midi lathe and have been searching specs and prices for about a week.

If anyone has any suggestions, helpful hints, specific tools/accessories that are a must have to make this hobby easier I'm open to suggestion.

The reason I got into this is I want to combine my other hobby (Cigar smoking) and Turning to make pens, ashtrays, tubes, and maybe flashlights with a cigar theme to it.
