Hello everyone!
Originally I began making pens as a justification for my collecting of exotic wood and love of trees and nature in general. A fair amount of my early pens were made from 'trim' from trees at Longwood Gardens where I had been a volunteer and enjoy matching the wood to people whom something such as Bradford Pear or Chestnut may have some type of personal attachment to.
Recently however; I have found myself so jealous of the talent here that I can no longer contain myself to the 'basic' wooden pens any longer and have begun to expand my horizons (and shop
) to include custom Alumilite and Fimo clay blanks, etc...
I just wanted to thank EVERYONE for their inspiration! :smile-big:
