Hello, all I am still pretty new to pen turning and blank making but I absolutely love it. Also, my children love to make their own blanks and their own pens so we will all be learning as much as we can here. We live in southern Michigan and we have a separate woodshop so it gets pretty cold out there.

Great that you're bring on the next generation of wood turners. Always remember they're not shavings thats " hamster / Gerbil / rabbit bedding you're making . Then you never have a problem finding volunteers to clean up after !

Sadly we have no hamster now so I have to hoover my own mess up

Almost 26 year in the Air Force for me. I joined when I was 17 and had 6 months to go before I graduated high school. Retired 01 Oct 19.
