Bought a small table top lathe and didn't know where to start. Attended a demo on pen turning and thought that would be fun. Watched many U-tube videos about pen turning and found this site searching for more information. After reading many of the postings, I thought this would be a great site to visit often. Everyone seems very supportive of new turners (hope that is the correct term) and have a lot of information to pass on. Thanks to all the people that have posted, really enjoy reading the post.

I'm up north in Anthem if you ever need some help. I'm not an expert but I have made some pretty nice pens so far and shipped them to many places. I can show you the do's and don'ts. Mainly don'ts, as I've learned the hard way. lol
