My name is Mike and I've been a lurker here at the site for a few weeks...thought it was finally time to introduce myself.

I'm currently in the Army but plan to retire within the next few months (woohoo!) and will then have to figure out what I want to be when I grow up. I've only been turning pens for about three months but fell in love with it instantly. I truly appreciate all the advice the gang has been posting and I'm looking forward to "meeting" all of you.
