Has anyone had problems with, or had to replace, the bushings in the headstock of your lathe? I've got a Turncrafter Pro and there is a rough spot when I hand turn the spindle and it puts some drag on the motor when starting it up. Was wondering how hard it is to get the bushings out and if they should be replaced or if re-packing them with grease would do the trick. Anyone have similiar issues you can share?

I have a Jet 10 14 and the bearings are easy to change. Your Turncrafter should present no problem in changing the bearings. Before starting to change, make sure that your lathe is not under warranty, could be a freebie.
