I will be in Hastings on the weekend on June 24th. Does anyone know any good wood or pen kit suppliers in that area?

Oh my gosh- can you just hear me laughing out loud when I read this???? [][][]

But seriously, I live in Hastings, and there's really nothing here- I've only found one other person in the town of almost 25,000 who owns a lathe and does any turning! Now granted, I haven't quite met everyone in Hastings yet, but I think I'd know it if there was more action here. There's a Hardwood Heaven store in Lincoln, but that's the closest thing I know of. I wish I could offer some better news.

I assume you're coming for Cottonwood? Are you a vendor (I think that's what they're called?). Let me know and I'll watch for you when I'm there!

I spent many days and nights in the ethanol plant in Hastings. ADC I think the name? Used to be called Chief Ethanol, way back when.

I live in lincoln, Ne and yes there is a Hardwood Heaven store in Lincoln. They just closed the one in Omaha, they are open 8 - 5:30 M-F Sat 8- 5:00. They sell mostly PSI kits have a lot of wood.
