I will be making a 2 hr drive to spend a couple of hours with my dad. Then back to my oldest daughters place for her and my other 2 to cook fajita's and spend time with me

Happy Fathers Day to ALL, I am taking my son Camping and Fishing for 4 days.
My daughter used today as an excuse to take me trap shooting. Its been almost a year since we went. Besides my daughter and her husband we took my nices husband who had never shot before. He did very well for a fitst timer and we had a nice time of it.

I suppose this may sound very redneck"ish", but me and the kids had a great time! Bought two slip-n-slides and connected them together to make an extra long one and just wrapped up the last hour gettin' our "slide-on!" Now the back yard is a huge mud puddle, but we had a blast!

Well, after going out to breakfast, we came home, added 3 days at Steamboat Lake & Pearl Lake SPs to our 10 camping trip at Eleven Mile Reservoir SP over the 4th of July, then added 3 more days at Mueller SP at the end of August, then sat down and we are currently hashing out the menu for said trips. We are gonna get 42 day total camping in this year! A new record for us!
Regretfully, I have to leave to go to work in 1 1/2 hours.......... Sheesh

Went kayak fishing this morning then turned a pen and now getting ready to grill a steak with a baked potato, corn on the cob and a salad... A good day - Happy Fathers day to all the dads..

Very nice poem. My son is coming to our house and bringing some USDA prime beef for the grill. It doesnt get much better than that!
