I will be the first to admit that I picked with Tina about the brownies (too far). I tell you what with the effort she alone puts in to our meetings, I will give up eating brownies on the day of meetings for the rest of my life. She may not do the highly visible things, but she is in the background making sure we get photo's, documented on the website, the details we do not take care of. The newsletter I did about 20% of it, she polished it up and made it the quality it was. I sadly have been rather busy with work and family stuff, I have not been able to start the newsletter.

This is not to take any contributions that many have made to our group, but please do not overlook what she does for us.

Please do not take this as me getting uppity, but I just want to make sure Tina realizes how much we appreciate her huge part in making our group a success.

I agree whole heartedly with you Ed. I was just trying to be funny and might of took it to far. Just like asking Fred for his jelopiena poppers. I too appreciate Tina (and Fred). They do a great job. I was really glad that I made the trip to Richmond for the MAPG.. I really enjoy the meetings and meeting with all the Experianced guys..

So in closing I just want to applogize to Tina and Fred..

I don't think they took the good natured ribbing that way, just do not want to overshadow our appreciation for them.

Thanks Ed and Mike, for the kind words. Kindness is contagious, so hopefully others will see your gestures and follow your lead. Our goal for this group is support one another in sharing turning and craft skills so we can all be better pen makers.

Your welcome Tina. I hope you know I didnt mean anything by the brownie joke. I truly apologize.
