Here is an Atrax wearing a nice dragon blank I got as a freebie with an order from Exotic Blanks (thanks, Ed!).





A Sierra wearing a Prairie Rattler blank, again from Exotic. Nothing special, I know, but I'm excited as this is the first pen I've made that I've not had to dry sand. This one went straight from under the skew to the MM pads.

I love the blank. It turned well, no voids (which I've run into with other re-cast blanks) and polished up really nicely. Being born in the Year of the Dragon, this may be my new every-day pen.
