Ok, the last couple of days have seemed a little full of negativity and frustration. I'm not saying that none of it has any merit but none of it is worth what is going on. It's the bash people, have some fun! Maybe even make a pen and enter a contest!

We are fortunate enough to be part of the best dang forum on the web For Free!!! So sit back, relax and enjoy the party. Let's all have a big group hug and continue bashing it up.

So, Jeff and Scott, thanks for creating a bad a$& site. Volunteers of the bash thank you for taking time away from your work, family and hobbies on our behalf. Vendors, thanks for pitching in and helping to pay for this wonderful site and then reaching further into your pockets and offering discounts, specials, bonus points and whatever other wonderful thing you have done that we may or may not even hear about so that we get to laugh, have fun and try not to take things so seriously in our special little place on the web.

I think that's enough, let's hug it out and get back to the fun at hand. And seriously, go make a pen! To all my pen making brothers and sisters keep on making inspiring work and making this site what it is....its us, and I think we're awesome!

I don't know about y'all's 3 way, but I was only gonna enter 1 contest. So far I am at 3 with a 4th. In my sights.

As for the site, glad to have learned so much from so many freely giving people. It's been a blessing to me.

I have never enjoyed such a site like this one plus learn from the best in the process. I have entered four contest with no chances of winning from all of you awesome pen turners here but hey who knows? I will be be happy if I was the ..nth place.
Plus I keep on coming back just to read the funny insults you throw each other. You're all a Hoot!

You are a wise man Warren! Yup, need to get positive.

I have no answer, but we also worry about the 1% of what "is not right", "not perfect," "not totally happy"... and lose sight of the 99% that is wonderful.

Frequently, I spend a ridiculous amount of emotional effort to worry about the 1% of my customers/kids (run a child care center)/staff while forgetting to be appreciative of the 99% that is very happy.

So much of this site is great! (now, back to figuring out how to segment!!!) :tongue: I plan to enter contests in 2024...

I like hugs too! Great place, great people...and since I'm home recovering from a big surgery, I'm doing a lot more of the contests than I'd ever expected to do. So much fun...and A LOT of work...thanks all!
