Grizzly Lathe Bed Extension

I have a Go658 Grizzly lathe. It's a variable speed midi they stopped producing a few years ago. I don't think they ever made an extension for it so I'm looking for one that was made for another lathe. The mounting holes are 3-5/16 on center and 1-9/16 from the top of the bed to the centers. The gap is 1-1/4" and the bed rails are 5/8" thick. The top of the bed in 6-3/4" from the bench top, but that is not critical. I would rather not try to re-machine the holes unless they are very close or wouldn't intersect the old holes at all. Thanks in advance for any guidance to a brand and model that might substitute.

Dan, I can't be certain, but it looks like this was re-born as a Baileigh lathe: Bench Top Wood Lathe WL-1220VS | Baileigh Industrial

You might want to give them a call to see if they have an extension available.

Grizzly still has a few for sale at $359 plus shipping --

No sign of an extension in the parts or manuals.

Depending on how handy you are, matching the bed gap with angle irons and making an extension can work if you need the length for such things as spindle turning.
