Been using them for a number of years. However, there is nothing to give the grit numbers on the packages- medium and fine. Anyone know this or have an educated guess?
Thanks. I have only seen the medium and fine at the local store. I did get some of the angled ones but rarely use them.3M sponges range per below
"Microfine" sponges are equivalent to 1200-1500 grit sandpaper, while "Ultrafine" sponges are equivalent to 800-1000 grit. The "Fine" sponges are comparable to 320-400 grit. There are also "Superfine" (500-600 grit) and "Medium" (120-180 grit) options.
Harbor Freight sponge grits Look under the Specification section for each of the ones you need to know., They are pretty close to the 3M equivalents
