Grey Strom Blanks?

Does anyone know where I can buy some blanks called grey storm? I think I purchased them rom Rockler but they no longer sell them. I think they are box elder burl or buckeye burl stablized grey. I had a bottle stopplr blank in this color as well.

I had a resin blank from Rockler that was called Gray Storm...



As you can see, it was too soft. But the colors are beautiful.

Buckeye Burl is often grey in colour - try searching suppliers for buckeye burl...

Thanks guys.

I am looking for a stabilized wood not an acrylic. I did find a blank from Bill @AZS that was labeled black and it turned out to be very close.

The problem with straight buckeye burl is that the color is inconsistant. I am looking for a medium to dark grey color throughout the whole blank.

I would think something like blue mahoe might be the answer. The pieces I have gotten have gone from blueish to dark gray.
