Looking for blanks or a block/blocks for trade for this one. It's around 2.81" x 1.52" × 7.5". Note that I've taken close-ups of the deep voids and the deeper surface crack.

What are you looking to trade for? I can trade something with you. Just depends what you're looking
I tend to like the heaviest and densest hardwoods, as well as burls, spalteds, and highly figured examples. In terms of size, I usually prefer 7/8" square x 5" for pen blanks, or blanks/blocks that could be cut into pen blanks.

Actually, if you have pen kits to trade, that might work, too.

Let me know what you got/think.

Thanks!

Got pics?
This piece is 10" long from flat end to point. 1 1/2" thick and a hair over 5" wide from flat end to bark points, 4" from flat end to where bark starts.

That's an example of the cherry burl I have. Thoughts?

Hey Markus. That's a great piece of cherry burl! I'm going to pass for now though, so if you haven't already, go ahead and consider Joe's very fine offer. That wormy golden amboyna burl is awesome, too. Thanks though!
