-23 is COLD, regardless of which temperature scale you use! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from Sunny and Warm Georgia. Today, we expect a high temperature of 56 degrees F or 13.33 C. Don't freeze, my friend!
 
-23 isn't that bad, as long as there's no huge windchill...

(We've just started making the Mandeltorte for supper tonight, and we've got the Julgrot ready to go for the midnight snack...drank the last of the Glogg last night, though! :smile:)

Gud Jul! I think that how you spell it. Will have to look at the Swedish stuff at my sister's to night to be sure. Tonight we have Swedish Christmas with all the goodies. Have a Merry Christmas. The Glug is warming, the Sill is ready and the Rice Pudding is baking, The meatball are cooking also. YA Ya Ya. Wife is a Finn. from the UP but we allow her to participate. Still have relatives in Sweden and in Granite Falls Minn.

Ha, ha, google is good but not perfect, it distinguishes between you and me is that I can speak a little English and you can not speak Swedish at all. Even so, I understand what you wrote. You probably think that I write funny when I try to write English.

My aunt used to ferment her own Sil...that's one Swedish tradition that I haven't jumped on board with! I do leave some Julgrot out for the Tomte, however! :smile:

Urban, I am just an ol' hillbilly redneck, but a Merry Christmas at -23C is still heart warming. It finally got down to 0C here today when the snow started. For the first time since 1978, I believe, we are going to have a white Christmas! God bless you and yours.
