I have some "virgin sewer pipe" at home. I'll have to check to see if any are cut into blank size. Otherwise I can send a small slab that you can cut to the sizes you want. It was at least an inch thick from a 32" diameter pipe.

I have 2 blanks that were gifted to me that are marked as pipe. I believe they came from Exotic Blanks.

However, I am at work in Brazil until end of May. If you have not found any by then, I will be glad to send to you.
