Green Pen Kits

I found a supplier that sold colored pen kits like metalic blue and green. Now I can't find where I saw it and I have someone requesting this type of pen. Dose anyone know who sells these kits?

Berea and Arizona Silhouette are the only place I've seen them. AS is a reseller for Berea but sells them cheaper.
There may be other sources.
