Great Meeting an IAP Member ... Except for .....

It's always great to meet up with a fellow IAP member ... well, except for one thing. (more about that later)

GaryMGg sent a pm last night saying that he would be driving through Macon on his way to Atlanta. He promised that he would buy lunch for us. So, never one to pass up a free lunch ... I told him how to get to one of my favorite BBQ joints.

We had a great time together ...... spent a long time talking and sharing stories before he headed on to Hotlanta.

One problem though ..... seems as though Gary had difficulty paying for our lunch. Hey Gary .... like, what was that all about???? :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

Hey Doc, give the guy a break. He's got all his cash tied up in that "Taj Mahal" bedroom of his. Besides, maybe what he really said was, he'd "Play for Lunch", or "Stay for Lunch", not PAY for lunch.

I like to get these invites in writing these days. Cuts down on the confusion.

Wouldn't you like to know, Hugh!!! I could give you an explanation that would send half this Board running/screaming into the night, or I could direct you to Gary's post of a few nights ago...http://www.penturners.org/forum/showthread.php?t=41095 . It's nowhere near as fun, but it is more factual.

But your question did make me crack up!!!

When you visit Gainesville, they won't take your money either. :wink:
