So here I am down in Yuma Az. on a det, was here over the weekend and decided to drive around with my daughter-in-law Saturday and do some yard sale looking. Well wasn't having much luck finding tools until we pulled up at this one yard and there it was. Back in the corner of his yard was a JET 1442, looks kike it was forgotten about. When I asked about it, he offered it up for $450. Well being the haggler that I am, I offered $250 and we settled at $300. Of course a $1400 machine for $300 was more than I could pass up so now I am the owner of the 1442. Needs a little cleaning to get the surface rust off the bed ways but in great shape overall. Will take some before and after picts when I get it home next week.
