Graduate rollerball with Blue Anodized Aluminum.

I turned the body and cap from 6160 aluminum and then Anodized and dyed it. I learned a lot on this one.

I did dye and anodize it. I found a method online that used pool chemicals instead of sulfuric acid. Much safer method. Used a car battery charger for a power supply. I really like the chrome against the dark blue. Cool pen kit, the cap uses a magnet to hold to the pen with rollerball and fountain pen options.

Anodizing and dyeing aluminum without battery acid... - Observations

I used quart mason jars for the liquids and used a preferated plastic sheet between the cathode and anode so they couldn't short. I found the chemicals and aluminum wire at Home Depot.
