My jaw dropped so hard on the keyboard, I think I broke the space bar. That is one great stash. Don't know if I envy or feel sorry for you. That's also a lot of processing.
I'm doing the pens from the cut-offs they had from other items they make. Heck, I couldn't even cut one of those trunks on my band saw (and I ain't using no hand saw).

I thought about offering the SOW blanks but sending to the States is not cheap. Anyone out there got any ideas on what would be the best way to ship? I also brought up the issue with the owner. He's willing to sell the wood, but not process it. He's up to his eyeballs in orders now. So if you know someone that wants a container full of wood....
Update on the 500 pen order: I started cutting the blanks yesterday around 70 squared up and BANG the band saw blade broke. So its off to the store to buy 2-3 blades, just in case. Hope it gets better than this.
John - I have a problem with Alaska. Its called Shemya. I was there for a year back in 1982. Not going back[}]
