I looked at that, but since I'm constantly removing my tailstock to hollow bowls and such, I think it would be a nuisance where they show it... I have a cabinet under my lathe that I can lay tools on if needed, but for the most part, I put them back in the upright holder that sits at the end of my lathe... still and all, if you aren't pulling the tailstock constantly, it's a pretty cool idea.
 
I have something similar that I have been using for a couple of years. Same idea, just that mine is a shelf for holding CA, accelerator, sandpaper, etc. I keep my tools on the wall behind the lathe and they are easy to get to but my shelf is indispensable for the other stuff.
