Got a strange request

A nurse at work wants a pen that looks like stick. It has to be a "click". I was thinking a clicker? Since it is one piece.

How about making it look like a "walking stick"? Should be pretty easy to do, and might look good?

Well you could go get a stick and stick someone with it or stick it to someone or stick it to the wall. Then if you're from the sticks stick around and see if the stick stays stuck.
