Good reason to attend MPG

Last MPG Mark James donated a couple of gift certificates for his segmented blanks and I was lucky enough to win one.
Hope my turning and finish did it justice.

Where else can you see and have a chance to win so many custom blanks from such a large group of artists who are very generous in supporting the gathering. Well done Mike! Its always fun to see these turned, and turned as well as you did. I always have my fingers crossed - the alignment may look accurate to me when the blanks are at 3/4" diameter, but when turned down to bushing dimensions they can be off. These look decent for my eyes.
