Good engine shop

Does anyone have a good engine parts supply shop near them?

I need a Walbro WDA-31 carb repair kit (not just the gaskets - springs, needles, etc.) for my old snowmobile, but the only carb repair kits I can find are in excess of 70 dollars plus shipping!! (ridiculously high for a repair kit)

Just wondering if anyone knows of an old place that might still have a kit or two lying around that they'd not want a ridiculous price for.

Worth a shot, right?

The two places I checked are sold out of that kit, The only one that I can find is probably the same one you found $70.+ problem is that magic word it is considered "Vintage" so the price goes up.

Monty, for those of us Southern boys, it is something like a SkiDoo with a doozer track underneath. I think I saw one once in a Sears catalog.:rotfl:

Have you checked Ebay? Don't know anything about snowmobiles but for those "vintage" and "classic" boat parts, including carb kits, we ALWAYS found them on ebay for cheaper than retail
