Gone Fishing!

I did some late night fishing last night on the river. There was one heck of a storm that blew in. Luckily we were able to take cover in a little cave. Somehow I snapped a few shots of lightning with my camera phone.

That is an awesome place...caves near the water would be fun!

Nice captures. Did you just get lucky to get the lightning or were you tripod mounted with extended shutter times?
Purchased a Movo Lightning trigger for my DSLR, and guess what? That is right...NO storms have come by since!

Just very lucky! set my phone to take multipe pics, and somehow it captured these two. I've wanted to buy something like that Scott, but never got around to it. As for the place, it called Falls of the Ohio. Lots of little caves that you can get in. The water level rises and lowers by a set of Lochs not far from where we were. Awesome fishing for striper's and catfish.
