Not rollerball, but the 8mm euro pen/pencil kits from BTW sold like hotcakes back when I sold my work. I literally couldn't make them fast enough. The flat tops sets did well too, although not as good. It was entirely women who bought them and for reasons unbeknownst to me they preferred the round top, I always thought the flat top looked much better. Maybe they preferred the curved barrels over the straight sided. Regardless, I think the slimmer profile and considerable quality and feel over 7mm kits was a key factor in why the ladies liked them.
