Glueing rubber to plastic

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice as to what kind of glue would work best to glue rubber to plastic. Also fast drying would be best. Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of rubber and what kind of plastic?

Depends on what you are trying to achieve . CA will be fast drying and hold to most plastics except low or high density polyethylene . The rubber may harden to the point of being non-flexible .

I don't know what either are. I have a fitbit that has bubbled slightly on the edge. It would be easy to fix if I can figure out what to use.

for most rubber to anything non porus I would say contact cement or maybe E6000.
