Gentleman Jr. 2 tap and die set

Can anyone tell me where to get a tap and die set for the cap and nib part of the gentleman jr. 2 rollerball pen?

The nib part needs 8.4x1mm, the cap 10x1mm. The 10x1mm can be purchased from Victor Machinery, the 8.4x1mm from mredburn-Silverpenparts

I use a 7.8mm drill fro the 8.4 as it is a very shallow thread form, the 10mm needs a 9mm drill.

Besides the 8.4x1 I also have a couple sets of the 10x1 tap and die from victor machinery for sale. If that will help you.
