You may enter more than one contest but you may only enter a pen in one contest.
You must make a different pen for each contest you enter.
You may only enter one pen in one contest unless other wise posted in the Contest rules for that contest.

The pen can't be entered in any other IAP contest past, or present. It can't have been shown anywhere else prior to entry in this contest. It
may not be shown anywhere during the contest without explicit approval of the contest
chair.

Any pen determined to not comply with the contest rules and / or the spirit of the contest
will not be accepted. This determination will be at the sole discretion of the contest chair.

Contest rules may be amended, clarified, changed, supplemented, deleted or whatever at any time at the sole discretion of the contest chair.

Members who have failed to successfully complete any previous IAP activities, and who have been notified by the Activities Manager of such, are not eligible to participate in any IAP activities.

"Any member who fails to complete an obligation that negatively impacts one or more participants in an activity (i.e. fails to send a pen or blanks in a PITH or swap, fails to forward items in a chain activity within a reasonable amount of time, etc.) will be excluded from future activities. Members who are excluded from IAP activities due to failure to complete an obligation can regain eligibility to participate in IAP activities by performing a service to the IAP as directed by the Activities Manager or Administrator."

No member will be excluded from any activity based upon their location of residence.

The IAP does not accept registration from anyone under the age of 13. Members with children under the age of 13 who want their children to participate in IAP activities are responsible for providing and controlling access of the child to the forum. Parents can sign up their children to participate according to rules and are responsible for all aspects of the child's participation.
