Any thoughts on the difference between psi and legacy kits. The cost is considerably less for legacy.

I've made quite a few of the PSI gearshift pens. I'm a motorhead and so are many friends. I like it. I just looked at the "Legacy" version. I think the PSI version looks nicer, the bands look like tires, not so much on the legacy.

Although I do have quite a few Legacy kits, for the most part they are all Jr. Gent styles. They are OK, but their price reflects their quality when compared with other, similar Jr. Gent styles from other suppliers. I have certainly moved onward and upward as far as quality kits are concerned. I would assume the same is true of their "themed" kits. - Dave

Thanks Guys, it's for a mechanic brother in law (one I like) so I'll go for quality over price. And you never know when/if the truck is going to c$#p out.

The gear pattern on the knob... Some finishes show better than others. The pattern could be darker on the Chrome kit...but it's not bad
