To introduce myself, I am a retired person who like many others, decided to take up woodturning to keep the brain cells active.
I have been a member of the Hornsby Region of the Sydney Woodturners Guild since 2002.
I have just started with pens, with a view of using some of the numerous off cuts. Like a lot of turners, it goes against my grain to throw out a piece of wood, no matter how small.
Hence Pen Turning to the rescue.
I am very impressed with the range and quality of the work posted from members, and I will try to get to that standard, eventually.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge, skill and work.
