Gatsby pencil conversion question

Does anyone know if the Gatsby pencil conversion kit will fit a Wall Street II pen. I know the tubes are interchangeable, but I don't know about the pencil conversion. Thought I would ask the brain trust here before I got too far along with a project in mind. Thanks for any help. Don
