It's THIS:
Keyless Chuck - Woodturners Catalog - Woodworking tools and supplies specializing in woodturning.
And I've used it for about a month and I just don't like it. I thought it would be quicker than using a key chuck but it's just not - it also doesn't hold my taps tight enough - so when I turn a part back to remove the tap, the chuck lets loose. Right now it's taking up space on my shelf and I want rid of it.
I know that doesn't exactly make it sound great, but if all you do is drill with it then it's perfect. It never let loose of a drill bit once.
So there you have it.
I'd like $35 shipped.
