Knee replacement last Wednesday (5/10/16). That was not fun. Now the rehab. Sore as all hell but in a couple months this should get stronger. One knee was enough, how some get both done at the same time is plain crazy but has worked out for the better from what I hear. Lathe time will come back eventually but I did manage to squeak out one last pen before going in. Received the blanks from Toni Ransfield just in time.
So, in the meantime, I'll just sit here and think about how to play golf again and how staying off the back leg will let me hit more fairways..

Do what the physical terrorists tell you to do to the letter. No slacking off or you will regret it later.

Heal well and work hard at rehab.

Good Luck, work hard at therapy, I had 3 replacements in 4 years on the same knee, for a total of 10 surgeries on the same knee...........Do not try to over do it, it only get's you into trouble

Wish you well. My Wife had hers done 14 months ago and is still in some kind of pain and cannot bend it fully. Surgeon said that's just how some of them go.:confused:

Lin.

Had my second knee done 6 weeks ago.... Back in the shop for a limited time.... Standing at the lathe will stiffen everything up.... Where are those wonderful compression socks that they give you to wear?
