Hi to you all,
My name is Mike Willis and I have only been turning about 3 months now, off and on, as time permits.
Heck, I didn't even know about pen turning until my son took me to Rocklers and I saw their displays. Sure got my imagination turned on!
I was giving my early pens to co-workers and was surprised by their comments. All were positive and appreciative of the gift. I have recently
sold 6 cigar pens turned in acrylic and the ooohs and ahhhs really helped
my confidence.
Then I looked at Skip-rats site.........that'll send ya back to church!
After "lurking" here for a month, I am impressed by all the camaraderie and sharing of information.
I hope to post some pics here soon and look forward to making some new friends.:laugh:
