OK, I have the dinner set up.

Friday evening

We get in the room at 8 PM
Buffet is set from 8:30 till 9:30

Contract with details is attached

$20 per person with 35 max

Earlier today I had Mike Broberg adjust the schedule for the Friday dinner to 8 PM, which you said was the time we had the room.

We will gather around 8:00 dinner will be served at 8:30
