Forbidden!!

Sent PM's to mod with no response, so....
Trying to update my profile under User CP. When I hit Save at the bottom of the form, I get the scary white screen with "FORBIDDEN" on the top. Who do we forward info to that can update profiles? Anyone know why this is happening or am I just special :tongue:

I've had this happen. Drop Jeff a PM. Don't know if he can fix it though. Might help to know what time this happened.

Dale is right - I don't know who you PMed, but Jeff is your best answer.

In general - you can update that information yourself, but the Forbidden means you've hit some rule that is in the software to protect itself.

I suggest you try updating just a little bit of info and save. If that works, then do it part at a time, look out for VERY long text or special characters (anything other than numbers and letters) that you have entered. That might be whats hanging you up.
