I found a couple of sites that claim an artist named Kerry Davis was the originator of that quote. Problem is, one of those sites claims Kerry tweeted it…except it's almost 300 characters too long to fit in a tweet (and doesn't work as well when spread across multiple tweets).

I'm debating whether to laser engrave this or CNC-carve it….but it's definitely worth having as a shop sign (and bringing to craft shows to hang quietly in the booth).
